Editors and Mother-Daughter-Combo Janet Campbell and Hailey Lachance started The Mustard Blog as a way to share their passion for fine food and experiences with the world.
Janet is the purveyor of Mrs. McGarrigle’s Fine Food Shop in Merrickville, Ontario and has been in business for over 26 years. In that time, she’s amassed quite the collection of awards and accolades for her hand-made artisan mustards – and has an impressive list of recipes, tips and tricks to accompany them. Daughter Hailey certainly shares in her mom’s delight for cooking, and as Mrs. McGarrigle’s General Manager, always has plenty of news and updates to talk about. And with the help of several talented community contributors, The Mustard Blog covers many topics as they relate to cooking and lifestyle.
